Inês Vasques casou em primeiras núpcias com Álvaro Afonso Dinis, rico mercador do Porto, entre 1411 e 1428 e, posteriormente, em segundas núpcias com Gonçalo de Sá, filho de João Rodrigues de Sá, “o das Galés” , de família de extrato social mais elevado, os Sás, ligados à alcaidaria-mor da cidade. De ambos os casamentos não teve descendentes, pelo que transmitiu os seus bens ao sobrinho João Álvares Ribeiro.
