Filho de Aires de Miranda e Briolanja Henriques. Casado com Maria Queimada. Teve pelo menos dois filhos, a saber, Fernão de Miranda Henriques, que sucedeu, e Filipa Henriques. Fidalgo da Casa d’el Rei e morador em Setúbal. A primeira referência a Simão de Miranda Henriques data de 1498 e surge no contrato do seu casamento. A última referência, datada de 1513, encontra-se no contrato de casamento da sua filha, Filipa Henriques, casada com Pedro Mascarenhas.
