Filho de Simão de Miranda Henriques e Maria Queimada. Casado com Isabel Mascarenhas. Teve pelo menos dois filhos, a saber, Simão de Miranda Henriques, que sucedeu, e Maria Henriques. Fidalgo da Casa d’el Rei. Morador em Setúbal. A primeira referência a Fernão de Miranda Henriques, datada de 1549, surge na carta de aforamento de um lugar em Alferrara, termo de Setúbal, que lhe outorgou o Convento de Santiago de Palmela. A última referência data de 1566 e encontra-se na descrição feita no “Inventário geral dos papéis…” do seu testamento (fl. 29).
