Casada com João Gil. Filha de João Afonso de Tristão Vasques e Maria Anes. Não teve filhos. Foram seus herdeiros Catarina Anes, irmã de Maria Anes, e João Vana, seu marido. A primeira referência a Maria Anes data de 1498 e surge numa carta de compra de umas casas em Algés que fez com o seu marido. Fez testamento depois de 1505 e, à semelhança do seu marido, vinculou os seus bens à capela de São João Batista no Mosteiro do Carmo, em Lisboa, fundada pelos seus pais.
